1. About us

Xolarion Technologies (“Xolarion”, “we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship owned by Muhammad Ali and registered with the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Pakistan.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover the website only. Any work we do for you (such as building AI voice agents, chatbots, automations or integrations) is covered by a separate written agreement or proposal that we agree with you. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the agreement applies.

3. Information on the site

The site describes our services in general terms to help you decide whether to contact us. It is not an offer, a quote or professional advice. Services, features and availability can change. A firm scope, price and timeline are only set in a written agreement.

4. Results and case studies

Results, numbers and case studies on the site (for example “47% increase in new customers” or “92+ hours saved”) describe past results for specific clients. They are not a guarantee of the results you will get, which depend on your business, your data and other factors.

Our free business audit is free and comes with no obligation. We may decline, limit or reschedule any request at our discretion.

6. Using the site

7. Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, text, graphics and code belong to Xolarion Technologies or to the people who licensed them to us. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with permission. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use; any other use needs our written permission.

8. Other websites

The site links to services run by others (for example Cal.com for booking calls). We are not responsible for their content or how they work. Their own terms and policies apply.

9. No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Xolarion Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.
